The woman taking calls was super friendly and flexible when I needed to make a few schedule changes. Pat came to my house to assess my issues and gave a clear explanation and very fair estimate. Then, electricians Doug and Alex came out to make the repairs ... these two guys were awesome--very knowledgeable, highly skilled, and professional. They are very good at what they do. They scheduled fast, were on time, and finished fixing my job in less than an hour. Gave me tips on what I shouldn’t have done without the judgement. Installation of a new circuit for an A/C compressor (subbing with the A/C contractor); and separately shoring up "spaghetti" wiring on a light fixture. The A/C circuit had a small glitch in it that was warranty repaired right away, and the light wiring is now like it ought to be. Thank you, Doug!

Good news and bad news. UPDATE: Then more good news. Good: Ridley was professional and efficient, fixing our mini fridge circuit and outlet. Bad: Within 24 hours of service, our electrical panel caught fire, melting several breakers and the bus bars. This resulted in an emergency evening service call to another electrician (Gaddie was closed), a full panel replacement, an inspection, and a large bill. More Good News: I reached out to Gaddie Electric and was connected with the owners. After review of the situation, they quickly made it right. I had initially sought out Gaddie Electric because I prefer working with local businesses, and I was rewarded for doing so.
